The Business Model Canvas is a visual tool that allows you to describe, design and analyse business models in a simple and structured way. It is made up of nine key blocks: customer segments, value proposition, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners and cost structure. In an innovation and design process, it is used to identify opportunities, visualise how the different elements of the business are connected and test new ideas, facilitating the creation and adaptation of products or services to market needs.
